We run two hour photography sessions based on a photography theme/technique/style and they take place in various locations in Fayetteville (North Carolina).

Really great session! I really valued the fluidity of Todd and his willingness to shift topics that I was interested in. (I signed up for the class mostly for the Flash discussions as the other topics I feel well versed on and he was willing to shift to what was important to me!

Cheryl Vandegrift had great teaching strategies: printed visuals with verbal communication and hands on work, which tapped into the visual, audio and tactile learners. She gave us individual attention and inspired us to go beyond the print also by thinking about the end result of our photographs. She was able to challenge all the different learners in the group.

The photograph was taken on the West Morganton Road overpass, overlooking Highway US 1. I have driven past this location numerous times and have always desired to capture this type of photograph. Therefore, I began watching YouTube videos on long exposure photography. Once I felt confident in the technique and the weather conditions were favorable, I embarked on a journey, hoping that my newly acquired knowledge would yield positive results.

I was contacted by a friend of mine who asked if I could shoot some photos of him in uniform. I said yes. But then he says " I want to make a recruiting poster for my unit can you add smoke, fire, and debris?" I said HELL YEAH! LET'S GO! This definitely was a fun shoot! To help everyone understand. My buddy is making a recruiting poster for his unit the Georgia State Defense Force. They are in the beginning phase of creating a more Specialized Unit.Camera Gear:Sony A7iii Sony 85mm f

As part of my final project as a fourth-year photography major, I chose to explore and document Calgary?s sculptures, which embody the history and heritage of its people and landscape. One of the highlights of my work is By the Banks of the Bow, one of the largest sculptural artworks in North America. To enhance the visual impact of the image, I utilized Photoshop, particularly to create a dramatic sky that seamlessly complements the dynamism of the horses and the cowboy. This piece celebrate

This long exposure shot is from August, 2024. I was visiting Liberty State Park, New Jersey. From Liberty park you get such an AMAZING view of the NYC skyline looking across the water. It?s awesome during the day but even more magical at night as you can see. I?d recommend a visit here just for the views to anyone. I loved the detail on this lizard. However, the background was very similar to the lizard body colour. In Lightroom I picked a background preset which toned it down somewhat, but not enough. So created a mask and turned down the background even further. A little ?pop? on the lizard skin and I was finished. I hope you like it.

With the cloud starting to clear I thought if I got lucky we might have a nice colourful sunset but colour didn't arrive. The deep colours presented over the Susan River by nature were fantastic however.
